Please contact the Van Sales Broker by phone or email to make an appointment at the sales lot in Redmond. At that time you will be able to inspect vehicles, test drive (with valid driver's license and insurance verification) and review all maintenance history.
Here are the easy steps to making a vehicle your own!
Offer to Purchase form (Available from the Sales Broker) is completed, signed and submitted with agreed price. Vehicles are sold in "As Is" and "Where Is" condition. All maintenance records are available upon request.
Cash or Certified Cashier’s Check are the only forms of payment that are accepted. King County will collect the applicable WA State sales tax along with the selling price of the vehicle. There are no financing options available. You will be required to sign a “Hold Harmless Agreement” at the point of sale, removing all liability from King County.
You will receive the original signed title, Bill of Sale, (showing the Sale Tax collected), a copy of the Hold Harmless Agreement, and all keys to the vehicle. The license plates will be removed at the time of sale. 3 Day trip permits are available for sale directly from the Van Sales Broker, at the current DOL price. ($33.00)
At the time of sale you will be provided all required paperwork to transfer the vehicle title into your name. WA State requires all vehicles to be titled within 15 days of the sale date listed on the Bill of Sale. All transfer fees for title are the buyers responsibility.
Sales tax will be collected at the point of sale by King County and will not be charged again at DOL with the title transfer process.
